Privacy Policy

What we collect when you buy

• Your e-mail address and payment reference, which you give to Razorpay at checkout. We use them to send your license key and to help you if something goes wrong.
• We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay handles payments under its own privacy policy.

What our license server stores

• Your license key, e-mail, payment reference and the date it was created.
• Coded fingerprints of your PC's hardware. They cannot be turned back into serial numbers, and we use them only to keep one key on one PC.
• A log of license checks: time, key, result and IP address. We use it to spot misuse and fix problems.

What stays on your PC

• HINT's settings and the screenshots you take are saved on your PC.
• When you attach a screenshot or type a question, HINT sends it to your own ChatGPT account through the sign-in you set up. It goes to OpenAI under your account and OpenAI's terms. We do not receive your screenshots, questions or ChatGPT answers.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with Razorpay (payments), our e-mail provider (to send your key), our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and where the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep license records while your license is active, and payment records as long as the law requires. To see or delete your data, write to us. Deleting a license record means that key stops working.

Changes

If we change this page, we change the date at the top.
