How long it takes
We start the refund within a few working days. It goes back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid with, and it usually shows up in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your key
Once a refund is made, your license key stops working and the software should be uninstalled.
Paid twice, or paid but got no key?
Write to us with the payment id shown on the page after payment (or in your Razorpay receipt). We will send your key again or refund the extra payment.
